    Our Story

    Founded by three friends in their twenties who wanted quick, healthy meals, Well Fed began with chef-prepared, preservative-free meals designed to fuel, not just cut calories. Today, we’re a performance nutrition company working with clients like the FAI and Waterford GAA, and we’ve expanded our expertise to schools across Ireland. Using locally sourced ingredients, every meal is crafted by chefs with one mission: to use food as fuel for growth, cognitive performance and wellbeing.

    • Sign Up

      Get started by creating an account and selecting your child’s school. Then build your child’s profile, including any allergens or dietary needs. Any meals containing those allergens will automatically be unavailable, so you can be confident your child’s meals are safe and suitable.

    • Place Your Orders

      Place your weekly order before the deadline so our chefs can prepare balanced meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

      You’ll get an order confirmation email, and you can make any changes before the deadline—perfect for those last-minute meal swaps!

      Each child’s meal is freshly prepared, delivered, and clearly labelled with their name. Our meals are nutritionally balanced, delicious, and thoughtfully designed to give children the fuel they need to grow, learn, and thrive.
