Here are the questions we get asked the most.

  • How do I update my payment details?

    You can update payment details by logging in to ‘My Account’ and changing them there.

  • How do I update my address?

    You can update your address in the My Account section of the website.

  • When will I be billed each week?

    You will be charged/billed each week on the same day as when you placed your first order.

  • What if I have a problem with my order?

    If there are any issues with your delivery/order, contact us ASAP and we will rectify it immediately. You can contact us via email on info@wellfed.ie

  • When & Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver from Mon-Fri using DPD to ensure your delivery arrives to its destination on time! We deliver NATIONWIDE!

  • Can my order sit in the office all day?

    Yes! Our orders come packaged in temperature controlled packaging to ensure it stays fresh until it hits your refrigerator.

  • How long will my meals last? 

    Please see packaging for recommended use-by date. Our meals have a 5 day shelf life.

  • Can I freeze my meals?

    Absolutely! You can freeze our meals for up to 30 days. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.

  • How do I get started?

    It’s honestly so easy to be Well Fed these days! Simply select your desired meals and add them to your cart. Proceed to then enter your delivery address and complete checkout. We'll work our magic on the rest.

  • How do I amend/pause my subscription?

    Log in to your account and click ‘Pause’ or ‘Cancel’ my subscription.

  • My payment failed, what do I do?

    We will retry your payment method but if unsuccessful you will have to manually update your payment details to ensure continuity of service and that your subscription is still valid.

  • How does the subscription model work?

    When you place your order, you will automatically join our subscription model meaning that your order will be repeated on the same day each week. You can modify your order including changing meals and quantities at any stage by logging into My Account -> Your Subscription. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • If I order today, when will I receive my delivery?

    If you order before 3pm, we will make your food the next day and your order will arrive the following day. Orders placed on Thursday after 3pm & weekend will be delivered Tuesday. All packages are delivered through DPD. Please allow for 2 working days to receive your order. Delivery days are Tuesday - Friday inclusive.

  • Is the packaging recyclable?

    Yes, our trays and sleeves are made from recycled material and are 100% recyclable.

  • Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

    Delivery: There is no minimum order amount. Free delivery applies for all orders over €50. A flat fee of €6.50 applies to all orders below this amount.

  • How do I heat up my meals?

    OVEN  

    Gas Mark 4  (fan oven 160C) Remove cardboard sleeve and film, place meal on a suitable plate or tray and heat from frozen or chilled until the centre of the meal is piping hot.

    MICROWAVE

    Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat for 4 mins in 900W appliance, 4 mins 30 secs for 800W and 5 mins 10 secs for 700W appliance.

  • What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

    If you are allergic to or can not consume certain foods for medical and/or personal reasons, we advise you to check the allergens & ingredients on our meals prior to ordering.

  • How do I store my meals?

    Our meals must be refrigerated below 4 degrees to ensure shelf life and that it is up to our well fed quality standards.
